Fastened length is from top of the shoulder down to the bottom of the feet with the onesie fastened.
We would suggest going for the chest size first and then checking the height and inside leg will fit you - these are quite stretchy so all measurements are approximate.
We would recommend washing on a 40 Degree Wash and hang to dry - not tumble dry.
