Kinkz.com is a discreet online store for Adults. Mainly in the UK and Europe - but we do ship also to the USA, Canada and New Zealand. All items are shipped by Royal Mail or by Courier, in plain wrappings with no mention of what is inside, securely and privately.
On our checkout page you will be able to choose how you would like your parcel delivered based on the weight of the items in your basket. Kinkz.com is not mentioned on the label and the delivery is booked under the company name of MQ Trading Limited. All stock items are shipped the same or the next working day and non stock items such as the leather clothing and some toys arrive with us within a day or so of order and then we ship out to you - that way we can offer you a larger choice of products but still sent with our discreet delivery.
If you are in the UK or a well serviced European DPD delivery area you will be able to pick your parcel up at a local DPD collection shop. See our delivery information page for more information.
* Please note if you are in The Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands or Islands, The Isle of Man or Northern Ireland - Then not all services will be available. If you are in those areas - again when you checkout and put your postcode in - the delivery options available will be listed for you to choose.
Delivery prices are calculated on the weight of items ordered and where they are to be sent to. A delivery address can be specified when checking out. For more information see our delivery information page.
We do ship to USA & Canada and Australia - as well as all of Europe, the shipping cost is calculated on the weight of the items in your shopping basket and the delivery address - if you proceed to checkout or create an account then you will see the shipping cost and can decide if to proceed or not at that point. (If you want us to ship outside of Europe ie to the US & Canada we do have to put a customs invoice on the parcel and this will say something like 'New personal clothing made of.... and you will be liable for any duty charges as usual with imports)
We will not pass your details onto anyone else. If you register for our newsletter this can be cancelled at any time. All information is used in the strictest of confidence. All sales will show on your paypal or bank account as MQ Trading Limited and will not mention Kinkz.
